HUMIDICORP LLC 12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

By purchasing a Humidicorp LLC humidor from Humidicorp LLC or its authorized distributors, an original purchaser agrees that this limited warranty sets forth Humidicorp LLC’s warranty obligations for its humidors.

This limited warranty is for 360 calendar days from the date of original purchase by the original purchaser from Humidicorp LLC or its authorized distributor. The term “original purchaser” means the natural person who purchased the humidor, new-in-box, from Humidicorp LLC or its authorized distributor.

Humidicorp LLC warrants, to the original purchaser, its humidors to be free from defects in material and workmanship, which exist at the time of manufacture or following 360 days of use of the humidor as directed by Humidicorp LLC. This limited warranty is only for the repair or exchange of any humidor that Humidicorp LLC determines, at its sole discretion after conducting a good faith investigation, the existence of a veneer peeling defect, cracking or splitting defect, warping or bowing wood defect, glue spill or stain defect, malfunctioning locks, and/or ill-fitting lids for glass cups.

This limited warranty expressly excludes any warranty for defects or damages caused by using the humidor in any way that is not expressly directed by Humidicorp LLC. This limited warranty does not warranty normal manufacturing defects or customary variations from specifications. This limited warranty also does not cover any damage caused by accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or mistake including but not limited to dropping the humidor, scratching the humidor, scraping the humidor, or exposing the humidor to excessive moisture or heat.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDE THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON HUMI’ICORP’S PART. HUMIDICORP DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR HUMIDICORP LLC, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF A HUMIDOR. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY APPLICABLE INSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY THAT HUMIDICORP PROVIDES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE WAIVES ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES, GAURANTIES OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER WITH RESPECT TO FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES0 OR WHETHER OR NOT OCCASSIONED BY HUMIDICORP LLC’S NEGLIGENCE. THIS LIMITED WARRANY CANNOT BE EXTENDED, ALTERED OR VARRIED EXCEPT BY A WRITTEN INSTRUMENT SIGNED BY HUMIDICORP LLC’S MANAGER. THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ALSO AGREES THAT, REGARDLESS OF THE FAILURE OF THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, HUMIDICORP LLC WILL NOT BE LAIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER.
